It seemed small but was actually very large. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Probably the cleanest and quietest airport I have ever seen!

Took some times to walk from my gate into immigration gate. Cleanliness as good as what-i-heard-about-japan..

Beautiful airport. Lots of seating areas to rest during a stopover. Plenty of wonderful stores and restaurants. I enjoyed the Hello Kitty store and had udon for my snack before boarding. Great stopover before and after my flight to the Philippines.

Nice airport. Big. There’s a lot that u can do here. U Can actually consider to stay for the night to catch the flight the next early morning if u want to beat the rush in the morning fighting the crowd to catch your flight. The hotel in the airport is good.

Efficient, clean, quiet. Great experience here they have tons of food and shopping options. Tons to do to keep you entertained on your layover. Make sure to visit the cool and hot zones and their observation deck!

This airport is not 24 hour accessible since there is no public transportations from or to this airport midnight, which is very bad for this type of airport in one of the biggest cities in the world...

My immigration and custom process upon arrival was seamless. We got our bag on time, the official at customs was transparent and veryyyyy polite. Everyone was super receptive, friendly and smiley.A necessary start to any adventure.

Small airport, but it’s so amazing. If you are flying through this airport try the food center here.

It's close to the city and easier to navigate than Narita. What's not to love?From March international flights will also leave from terminal 2 and the international terminal will be renamed to Terminal 3

Highly efficient, well run world class international airport. Many nice shopping n F&B outlets. Japanese airport workers are very helpful n friendly assisting wherever they can. toilets are super clean and modern. Easy access to the Tokyo city by multiple train line. do your Tokyo train lines research before arriving to the airport it was a pleasant experience spending my time in the airport.No complaints

One of the coolest airports I've been in. Like a whole city inside, structures and decor include. You can only check your bags and head to your terminal an hour before your flight leaves which we thought was odd but they had a ton of cool stuff to keep up satisfied while we waited. Very clean, comfortable, good food options. Lots of cool and unique little stores. Everything ran smoothly, customs and security is a breeze. Best airport ever.

I am very impressed with this airport, it is very clean well kept. I wasn't able to make my connection here so they put me up in a hotel for free, it was awesome. Also their airport is beautiful, there are not very many airports that look really good be this one does. Also the atmosphere was great everyone was in a hurry but very polite and respectful.

Way more convenient location compared to Narita and in my experience flying internationally in and out of there, a lot less crowded. I'll use pay more just to fly into Haneda.

Departing from this airport is nice.They're highly efficient and friendly, but only at departures.However, when you arrive in Tokyo at this airport, the staff at immigration, baggage claim and security are incredibly rude and cold.So 3 stars is fair enough.

A massive airport with easy subway access to Tokyo and the surrounding areas. It’s big but not so big to be unmanageable. They have tons of restaurants and stores, and even an airport hotel, all in a network that’s relatively easy to navigate. A great airport to get to Tokyo with and much closer to Tokyo than Narita.

The best airport in the world 🙌🏻😆🌍!!!! I love ❤️ Japanese airport 🇯🇵 because they are tons of good stuffs plus prices are very economical!! Usually, if you go to other countries they sell you 2-5 times more expensive than the regular prices at the airport but what I saw was some gifts were even cheaper at the Haneda airport like an airport special discount etc!! That kind of deals happen only in Japan 🇯🇵! This country is amazing and I just love it!! Haneda airport is a very good one so you can shop around and eat some delusions food right inside of it! If you happen to be there, you gotta enjoy! Cheers 🥂

Clean, well organized, and welcoming airport. It is well signed, in multiple languages, with lots of resources and food. We stayed at the hotel in the airport the first night, which was perfect for our arrival. Immigration/customs was incredibly fast and welcoming. As an English speaker, I was worried about how easy it would be to navigate - but I was surprised as to how welcoming the airport (and people, and entire country) was.

A very well organized airport with multiple functions inside. The access to all kinds of transportation is really convenient for visitors to choose all the time. The interior layout and delicate decoration present the modern and traditional atmosphere for Japan. You can enjoy your time here before boarding. Enjoy it.

Great layout, and staff is very much on the ball. Great first impression. English is well spoken here, but don't get spoiled. Even with the Olympics approaching, once you leave the airport English is very much secondary. Welcome to Japan, you're not in America anymore.

Great simple international airport. Everything is very efficient, including baggage claim and immigration. Remember to fill out the arrival card located just before entering immigration before proceeding into the immigration line. Good metro connections into the city.

This is a nice airport. Nothing special lots of shops, a few places to eat nothing really spectacular. Awfully crowded at times but very easy to get around.

Good airport, I think this clean and beautiful one is the best airport around the world! Of course the staffs are super kind and good hospitality! Not only the hospitality, they have food restaurants, free tables, good souvenirs shops and small exhibitions. Even though you don’t have a flight you can come and relax with good foods and enjoy airplanes on the roof top observation deck! Open air so you can enjoy taking good photos!! Enjoy!

Clean and comfortable airport. There are lots of space for you to just sit down and relax. Friendly staff and able to converse in English proficiently. Feel safe to be here.

My favorite airport in the world. Clean, easy to transit, chargers are available at many places and drink is not so expensive like other airports.There are two stations and bus terminals. You can follow google maps' guide for your destination. They are easy to find^^

Haneda Airport is very nice. The customer service is superb and it is very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this airport if you are flying into Tokyo!

Haneda Closer into town, and pretty efficient overall.The best way to think of the two Tokyo airports is to equate them with other large cities, such as London, Paris, and New York: It really sort of depends on where you are going in the Tokyo area and where you connect to in order to get there.Haneda tends to have tons of choices to Korea and China, with fewer non stops further afield (though they are there)However, connectivity to long haul flights is better at Narita, and if you are flying on a budget, fares into Haneda from some destinations can get expensive.It is worth checking both airports for schedule. The Narita Express train makes Narita really pretty painless despite the distance from Tokyo

If you have never been to Japan the high tech toilets in this airport and elsewhere in Japan will be intriguing if not a bit confusing at first. Lets just say their concept to toilets is way advanced of what you have in the states.

1) Very slow security check. 2) Customers who bought tickets for domestic flights outside of Japan cannot use the e-ticket they received by email but must queue to get a printed ticket! This rule applies mostly to foreigners (and a minority of Japanese expats). Name it what you want but that is senseless discrimination.3) In addition to the required paper ticket, passengers get a yellow ticket for the security check, then a third ticket before boarding the plane. A real waste of paper compared to Europe.

One of the best airport in Japan, they have everything from dining to shopping (they have brand like Chanel or Hermes, here too). Some tips from me, for last minutes sourvenir shopping for chocolates or biscuits, yes the royce chocolate is cheap here, please do compare the price among the duty free shops, different prices. And don't forget to check out their upper deck at top floor to see airplanes at it best view! Enjoy

Outstanding airport. Choose this airport if you wanna go to the well-known places in the downtown of Tokyo (such as Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Ueno, Shibuya, Yokohama, Enoshima, Kamakura, etc) faster compared to Narita (which is located in Chiba but closer to Tokyo Disneyland).

Going to, from, or through Tokyo via plane? Then you’ll likely go through this clean, modern airport. It’s actually a pleasant place to be.

Gorgeous airport.Could use a few more restaurants. Flying with Japan Airlines was perfect All of the women who checked us in were polite, patient, and considerate. I really liked how they checked and rechecked our passports and boarding passes once we checked in and then again at the gate. Making security one of their priorities was nice to see.

Probably the most efficient airport in the world. From check-in to security to immigration everything will be flawless and quick. With that said, walk inside the terminal and it will feel more like an airport of a small town. Extremely poor selection of shops and especially restaurants. Basically no food variety, no convenience stores, nothing really beside bad coffee and wasabi KitKats. Highly recommend that you to eat a lot before so you board your flight so you don’t starve while waiting.

The Airport was so amazing and very clean. I was amazed when I was sleeping on the bench and waken up with all my belongings still there even in the crowd. They also has lots of usb charger port in every bench, really helpful.

Went through quite fast. The people were helpful and polite. There were very few places to get food.

Just about every sign in this airport is in English as well as Japanese, which makes it quite easy for a foreigner like myself to find my way. Like the whole of Tokyo, vegetarian eating options are limited, but they do exist. The duty free shopping is also well worth a look. Security screeners are polite, professional and efficient. All in all, a fantastic airport.

This is a great airport and shuttle busses come and go all the time. Service at the airport is top notch and always with a smile.Very good parking conditions as well. They also have a good selection of great restaurants and those we tried are definitely recommendable.

Good, well structured airport with absolutely great food zone where you can try everything you might miss in Japanese traditional cousine. P.S. Sushi 🍣 are really good and always fresh, give it a try.

Nice airport. Friendly and easy. Super convenient to get to from Central Tokyo. Narita Airport is too far away. Haneda is an excellent addition.
